Disasters can strike anytime, and anywhere often leaving people homeless and hungry. Cross Wind Catering supports all emergency services and disaster relief agencies by making our mobile kitchen available at a moments notice.

Executive Chef Douglas Miner, Chef Adam Cox, and Pitmaster Steve Johnson are amateur radio operators supporting their communities through the use of amateur radio, and now emergency food services. We encourage you to learn how to help your community through the Community Emergency Response Team program in your community. Contact your local fire department or click here for information on how to become a CERT member.
